For the purpose of these terms and conditions of web site use, Carlette means www.carlettejewellery.com. These terms and conditions govern your use of www.carlettejewellery.com and purchase of goods or services from the site. By continuing to access the Carlette site you are accepting and consenting to these terms & conditions, which may be updated at any time - we therefore recommend a regular visit to this page. Your continued use of the site signifies your agreement to any modified terms and conditions.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions and every transaction will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Swiss Law.
CONTRACT
No contract will exist between you and Carlette for the sale of any product until Carlette has accepted and dispatched your order. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Only those aged 18 & over are entitled to enter into these legally binding contracts. We reserve the right to cancel any order without giving reason or notice and will refund you the full amount.
TERMS OF SALE
This offer is available online only, and entitles first 100 customers who uses the code CarletteGirl25 to a 25% discount from the current selling price of eligible products in their order. After you subscribe on the main page, the voucher will be received online, through a confirmation email received from Carlette.
The offer does not apply to Gift Cards, and cannot be used in conjunction with multibuy offers, other discount codes, other promotions, or price matches.
The offer applies to full price items only.
This offer is available to redeem by entering the code CarletteGirl25 at the checkout screen of the website.
The current offer cannot be redeem without being previously subscribed.
The offer must be applied online only, and cannot be applied retrospectively.
The offer and discount is not exchangeable for cash and is non-transferable. Returned items will be refunded at the discounted price paid. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Carlette reserves the right to (i) cancel this offer at any time; (ii) cancel or refuse any individual's benefit from it; (iii) amend these terms and conditions, including the end date.
The offer is valid for the first 100 customers (implicit orders) only. The first 100 customers and orders will be decided by Carlette in an ascending order, based on their date of purchase.
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product subject to these terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We must receive the payment in whole. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order takes place on the dispatch of our products to you unless we notify you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled your order.
ORDERING ONLINE
Ordering Online with us is safe and secure and we do not store any financial information. We use a payment processing partner who is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 (thats the highest you can get). We also use SSL on our payment, login and registration pages to keep your data secure.
ONLINE ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order please email us immediately at contact@carlettejewellery.com. The order can be cancelled within 24h or until the order is dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to redirect it therefore please return the parcel for a refund when it is received. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations for bespoke orders or personal orders that include any personalisation e.g. engraving or damages on products or packages. The order can be return only within 14 days.
PRICES
The prices payable for goods are shown on the product pages and are correct on the date the customer places the order. They include VAT, transportation costs are shown separately and they are in their local country currency.
DELIVERY
The delivery prices for orders are set out in our Delivery & Returns section. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Items will be sent to the delivery address provided at time of order – it is your responsibility to ensure this is correct. If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs. Please note that any import duty and taxes incurred for shipping to international countries are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
Goods purchased from Carlette may be returned within 14 days of purchase (CH customers) or 30 days (International customers) providing that the items are unused and in their original condition & packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights. Customised items, e.g. special orders, engraved orders etc are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
LATE OR LOST DELIVERIES
We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (30 days for international deliveries) – transportation courier deems items as “lost” after this amount of time. We advise all items are delivered to home addresses as if an item is delivered to an office, it can sometimes go missing if signed for by a colleague or left in an unknown place.
LIABILITY
If the goods we deliver are incorrect, damaged or the incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery. If you do not receive goods ordered within 7 working days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email of the problem within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the goods. If you notify us of a problem under this condition, our only obligation will be to redeliver, refund or replace any damaged item. We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in possession of the courier or Royal Mail.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
So far as permitted by law, we exclude any liability for loss or damage of any kind resulting from the use of the site.

Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services without notice. We do not guarantee that this site will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that errors will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the materials. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through this site.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions set out the entire agreement between you and Carlette in respect of the sale, purchase and use of our goods. They replace any previous agreement or understanding in relation to the subject matter hereof. No variation of these terms and conditions are binding on us unless agreed by us in writing.
